Jinpu Titanium Proposes to Terminate Investment in 200,000 mt/year LFP Project

The 200,000 mt/year LFP project was proposed to terminate investment. On the evening of April 7, Jinpu Titanium announced that the company previously disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Titanium, originally planned to jointly invest with Jinchuan Technology Park and Nickel Capital Fund to establish a joint venture with a registered capital of 500 million yuan, in which Jinchuan Technology Park contributed 400 million yuan, and Nanjing Titanium and Nickel Capital Fund each contributed 50 million yuan. After comprehensively considering the current financial status of Nanjing Titanium and the temporary suspension of the iron phosphate project, the company proposed to terminate the aforementioned external investment project.
