Changzhou Borui Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the design, production, and manufacturing of drying equipment, high-temperature roasting equipment, and their supporting systems. Borui Intelligent Equipment (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Changzhou Borui, is the company's branch in Zhenjiang, covering an area of 25,000 square meters. The company currently has about 150 production and R&D technical personnel, with an annual output value of 300 million yuan.
Borui integrates design, development, production, installation, and service, strictly implementing quality system standards to ensure product quality and provide the most satisfactory service to users. The company has obtained various certifications: ISO9001, HSE, ISO14001, GB/T28001, etc. The company currently holds more than 40 patents and has been awarded the Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise Certificate.
After years of development, Borui mainly provides complete equipment and solutions for the new energy, fluorine chemical, pharmaceutical, new materials, catalyst, fine chemical, and environmental protection industries. Rotary Roasting Furnace
The rotary roasting furnace is a high-temperature processing equipment widely used for drying and roasting battery materials, such as lithium hydroxide, lithium carbonate, iron phosphate, LFP, cobalt carbonate, ternary cathode precursor, etc.
Carbonization Furnace
The carbonization furnace is a continuous carbonization device used to expel moisture, wood vinegar, and wood/tar from raw materials (such as walnut shells, wood chips, peanut shells, etc.) in a high-temperature, semi-anoxic environment, causing them to carbonize.
High-Temperature Rotary Kiln for Battery Recycling Crushing Line
The high-temperature rotary kiln for battery recycling crushing line is used for drying and roasting battery cells, battery pole pieces, battery black mass, and other materials.
Vapor Deposition Furnace/Atmosphere Sintering Furnace/LFP Sintering Furnace
Mainly applied in the calcination process of NCA/NCM second/third sintering, SiO anode materials, silicon oxide products, and silicon carbon products in a protective atmosphere environment with gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, and acetylene.
Pyrolysis Furnace
The structure of the pyrolysis furnace mainly includes a feeding system, heating system, pyrolysis chamber, discharging system, and emission system. Its applications cover waste treatment, biomass energy production, and other fields, providing green and efficient heat treatment solutions for various industries.
Disc Dryer
Mainly used for drying ternary cathode precursor, lithium carbonate, manganese sulphate, and other materials.
Spray Dryer
Can be used for drying cathode materials such as LFP and LFMP. Through intelligent control and precise monitoring interlock functions, Borui's spray drying equipment provides reliable equipment and technical support for the production of new energy lithium battery cathode materials.
Flash Dryer
The flash dryer can be used in the lithium battery industry for drying lithium carbonate, iron phosphate, cobalt hydroxide, cobalt carbonate, etc.
Double-Cone Dryer
Mainly used for drying lithium battery cathode materials.
