Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On April 2, Li Auto announced that cumulative deliveries of its L Series models had exceeded 1 million units. The company achieved this milestone in just 31 months.

In March 2025 alone, Li Auto delivered 36,674 vehicles, marking a 26.5% year-over-year increase. For the first quarter of 2025, its total deliveries reached 92,864 units, up 15.5% from the previous year. As of March 31 this year, the company's cumulative deliveries stood at 1,226,736 units.

With continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency and factory capacity, Li Auto expects to surpass 40,000-unit monthly deliveries in April.

Additionally, by the end of March, the company had expanded its nationwide retail network to 474 stores across 148 cities, laying a strong foundation for future growth.

Since its launch, the L Series has gained widespread market recognition for its outstanding performance and innovative technology. According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers ("CAAM"), Li Auto's range-extended electric vehicles (REEVs) held the highest market share in China's REEV segment between 2020 and 2024. The company's product lineup follows a naming convention combining letters and numbers, where "L" represents its range-extended electric SUV series, while numbers indicate the model's size differentiation.

Breaking down the series' performance, the Li L6, which began deliveries in April 2024, has already surpassed 230,000 units in cumulative deliveries. The Li L7, introduced in March 2023, has exceeded 290,000 units. The Li L8, available since November 2022, has recorded cumulative deliveries of over 220,000 units, while the Li L9, which kicked off delivery in August 2022, has surpassed 250,000 units.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
