On April 2, the list of successful candidates for the 2025-2026 concentrated procurement of PV modules by the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route New Energy (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was announced. The average winning bid price for Section 1 was 0.6998 yuan/W, and for Section 2, it was 0.76 yuan/W. The tender announcement indicated that this concentrated procurement was divided into two sections. Section 1 was for N-type monocrystalline double-glass (TOPCon) PV modules, and Section 2 was for monocrystalline double-glass (BC/HJT) PV modules. The total planned capacity was 1,000 MW. Section 1: N-type monocrystalline double-glass (TOPCon) PV modules, with a planned procurement capacity of 700 MW, including models with a conversion efficiency of 22.5% and above. Section 2: Monocrystalline double-glass (BC/HJT) PV modules, with a planned procurement capacity of 300 MW, including models with a conversion efficiency of 22.85% and above.
