Trinasolar and Equinix Sign Clean Energy Power Purchase Agreement in Japan

Recently, Trinasolar's Overseas Power Station Business Unit and Equinix signed a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in Japan. According to the agreement, Trinasolar ISBU will provide renewable energy to Equinix through its self-developed, constructed, and operated 30-megawatt Yufutsu Abira PV project, which will be used for the power supply of Equinix's data centers in Japan. Trinasolar ISBU is expected to start supplying power from Q3 2028. Equinix is a global leader in digital infrastructure.
