CNGR Announces Formal Plan for Hong Kong Stock Market Listing

CNGR announced its formal plan for a Hong Kong stock market listing. On the evening of April 1, CNGR officially announced its plan to issue H shares and list on the stock market. The company appointed Ernst & Young Hong Kong as the audit firm for the H share issuance and listing on the same day. Currently, CNGR is actively discussing the relevant work for this issuance and listing with related intermediary institutions. Apart from the relevant proposals approved by the board of directors, other specific details regarding this issuance and listing have not yet been determined. Whether this issuance and listing can pass the review, filing, and approval procedures and ultimately be implemented is subject to significant uncertainty. Regarding this listing plan, CNGR stated that this move is to further advance the strategic deployment of "global development," build an international capital operation platform, assist in the continuous upgrading of global industrial layout, and accelerate the construction of a dual-circulation pattern of domestic and international markets.
