On March 28, Guofa Green Energy (Wusu) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. issued an invitation for tender for the EPC general contracting of the 300,000 mt/year green methanol industrialisation demonstration project using hydrogen.

Information shows that the project involves the construction of a production line with an annual capacity of 24,700 mt of green hydrogen and 300,000 mt of green methanol, along with supporting facilities.

Tenderer: Guofa Green Energy (Wusu) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Tender Content: EPC general contracting for the 300,000 mt/year green methanol industrialisation demonstration project using hydrogen.

This tender accepts consortium bids. Enterprises that cannot meet the qualification requirements individually may form a consortium to participate, with no more than two units in the consortium, and a consortium agreement must be provided.

Guofa Green Energy (Wusu) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guofa City Investment (Shaanxi) Energy Development Co., Ltd., established in 2024 and located in Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is primarily engaged in the production and supply of electricity and heat. The company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB.

The shareholders of Guofa City Investment (Shaanxi) Energy Development Co., Ltd. are Guofa City Investment (Hainan) Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Zhonghang Future Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
