About Fanye

Fanye Power has designed and developed a PV ESS diesel containerized microgrid, which integrates PV systems, energy storage systems, energy management systems, PCS, PDS, transformers, fire protection systems, temperature control systems, and many other modules. It can comprehensively manage and regulate various working states such as PV power generation, energy storage charging and discharging, diesel generator power generation, and end-user equipment power supply, while reserving input ports for grid power, wind turbines, and hydro generators, retaining more expansion possibilities. Fanye Power PV ESS Diesel Containerized Microgrid Solution

I. Core Technology and System Architecture

Integrates PV power generation, energy storage systems (including PCS charging and discharging control), diesel generator sets, and intelligent energy management systems, achieving rapid deployment through modular container design. The system is equipped with PDS power distribution units, integrated temperature control and fire protection devices, grid-connected and off-grid switching cabinets, and transformers, reserving interfaces for grid power, wind power, and hydro power, with expansion flexibility. The self-developed cloud data platform supports global remote monitoring (computer/mobile dual-end), using AES-256 encrypted transmission to ensure system security.

Adopts a "survey-design-delivery-operation" full-cycle model:
Precise adaptation in the early stage: Conducts on-site surveys based on the mine's geographical environment and power load, designing targeted microgrid solutions, such as optimizing PV panel layout to adapt to local lighting conditions.
Post-operation maintenance: Provides "turnkey projects," establishes local operation and maintenance teams, monitors system status in real time, responds quickly to faults, ensures 24-hour stable power supply for the mine, and solves the problem of voltage fluctuations in traditional diesel power grids.
Impact resistance: The system can withstand instantaneous high-power impacts from large mining equipment, ensuring continuous operation of key equipment such as crushers and conveyors.

III. System Core Components and Functions

Multi-energy integration:

The system integrates PV power generation, energy storage batteries, and diesel generators as the three core modules, reserving interfaces for grid power, wind power, and hydro power, forming a flexible multi-energy input architecture. Intelligent regulation center:
Achieves dynamic regulation of power generation, energy storage, and power consumption through the energy management system (EMS), paired with PCS (Power Conversion System) and PDS (Power Distribution System), supporting millisecond-level power switching and load response.

Built-in fire protection systems, temperature control systems, and transformers ensure safe operation of equipment; the self-developed data platform supports global remote monitoring, using encrypted transmission technology to ensure information security.
