In 2013, the "Guangdong Huachang Aluminum Factory Co., Ltd. Aluminum Alloy Profile (Long Parts) Automated Storage System" project passed the project achievement appraisal presided over by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and won the "Third Prize for Science and Technology Progress" in Nanhai District, Foshan City.

The aluminum profile product warehouse is a key link in the aluminum profile production process, mainly used to store processed and qualified aluminum profile products, ensuring their safe storage and efficient circulation.

The aluminum profile die warehouse is a core resource storage unit in aluminum profile extrusion production, mainly used to store and manage extrusion dies, and its management efficiency directly affects production continuity, die life, and cost control.

Through the linkage of distance measurement positioning and scheduling systems, precise conveying is completed, transferring materials from the dock → buffer area → conveying/loading.

According to the scheduling system's furnace information, automatic furnace dismantling to the designated buffer storage location is achieved, with a response speed three times faster than manual operation and no need for manual alignment.

Equipped with dual-station conveying, rapid cross-regional material transfer is realized, seamlessly connecting with conveyors, eliminating the conflict of traditional forklift operations.

Automatic precise extraction and placement of spacers are completed, eliminating material scratches caused by manual operations and reducing labor costs.

It can perform reciprocating movements in two directions (traveling and lifting) in a certain sequence, mainly realizing the process of full frames entering the spraying loading station, where the manipulator grabs spacers and places the profiles on the loading conveyor belt. This replaces the traditional manual lifting operation mode, not only reducing the labor intensity of workers but also greatly improving the efficiency of loading operations!
