4.2 Method for Downloading Electronic Procurement Documents: Users log in to the system homepage, check the project under "Announcement Information", click "I Want to Bid", complete relevant information, pay the relevant fees, and then download the documents.

4.3 Payment Methods: Personal/Corporate Online Banking, Alipay, WeChat.

5. Submission of Response Documents
