Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 25, global mobility technology company ECARX announced a partnership with Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited ("Zeekr Group") to co-develop intelligent driving solutions based on NVIDIA DRIVE AGX high-performance chips and technology applications.

NVIDIA, a global leader in accelerated computing, has extensive expertise in AI and intelligent driving. The NVIDIA DRIVE AGX platform offers significant advantages in intelligent driving, featuring exceptional performance and advanced architecture. Its smart driving chips have been widely adopted in vehicles equipped with high-level smart driving capabilities, supporting autonomy from L2+ to L5.

ECARX, with full-stack software and hardware capabilities and experience in over 8.1 million mass-produced vehicles worldwide, can rapidly develop core hardware modules for intelligent driving solutions ranging from entry-level to advanced systems using NVIDIA DRIVE AGX chips. By integrating NVIDIA DRIVE SDK with ECARX Cloudpeak's cross-domain software platform and development tools, the company aims to maximize the performance of NVIDIA's high-performance driving chips, achieving seamless hardware-software coordination to help partners develop competitive intelligent driving solutions.

Zeekr Group, officially established on February 14, 2025, integrates the Zeekr and Lynk & Co brands and has already accumulated over 1.82 million users worldwide. Under AI-driven innovation, Zeekr Group continues to accelerate technological advancements.

As the first major result of Zeekr and Lynk & Co's strategic integration, the Lynk & Co 900 model will feature Zeekr's G-Pilot intelligent driving technology and will be among the first mass-produced vehicles globally to adopt the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor chip. The model is set for market release in late April, promising groundbreaking advancements in intelligent driving experiences.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
