Today, in North China, spot prices of #1 copper cathode against the front-month contract were at a discount of 200-160 yuan/mt, with an average discount of 180 yuan/mt, unchanged from the previous trading day. The transaction price ranged from 82,200 to 82,790 yuan/mt, with an average of 82,495 yuan/mt, up 1,095 yuan/mt from the previous trading day.

Today, spot prices of #1 copper cathode in North China against the front-month contract were at a discount of 200-160 yuan/mt, with an average discount of 180 yuan/mt, unchanged from the previous trading day. Transaction prices ranged from 82,200 to 82,790 yuan/mt, with an average of 82,495 yuan/mt, up 1,095 yuan/mt from the previous trading day. Copper prices surged above 82,000 yuan/mt today, while demand remained sluggish. As month-end approaches, downstream funds face some resistance, and market transactions were sluggish.
