【XPeng Motors Renamed to XPeng Motors Technology Group】On March 24, Guangdong XPeng Motors Technology Co., Ltd. was officially renamed to Guangdong XPeng Motors Technology Group Co., Ltd., with its registered capital increased by 33% to 40 billion yuan. He Xiaopeng continues to serve as the company's helmsman. This renaming signifies an important step for XPeng Motors in business diversification and technological expansion. Its business scope has expanded from smart automobiles to passenger aircraft (XPeng Huitian) and humanoid robots, among other fields. XPeng Motors' globalization strategy is also accelerating. The company plans to initiate the global adaptation of Turing AI driving in 2025 and has set a target for overseas sales to account for half of its total sales by 2033. In terms of technology research and development, XPeng Motors continues to focus on the AI field, having successfully developed the "Turing" in-house AI chip and end-to-end large model, and plans to launch the Robotaxi (autonomous taxi) project in 2026.
