Beijing (Gasgoo)- LiDAR solution developer RoboSense and unmanned delivery vehicle maker NEOLIX have officially announced a strategic partnership to enhance the capabilities of autonomous delivery vehicles in all-weather, all-day, and all-terrain operations, according to RoboSense’s WeChat post on March 25.

The collaboration aims to develop industry-leading unmanned delivery solutions, improving vehicle precision in complex and diverse environments. These advancements will cater to professional delivery scenarios such as express parcel transfer and supermarket logistics, accelerating the adoption of autonomous delivery technology as a key component of smart cities.

As one of the earliest L4 autonomous driving companies focusing on logistics, NEOLIX has deployed over 2,500 autonomous vehicles across nearly 100 cities in 13 countries, accumulating over 30 million kilometers of autonomous driving experience. Its self-developed vehicles can achieve full automation at speeds of up to 50 km/h on urban public roads. The company has established large-scale partnerships with leading logistics providers, including ZTO Express, STO Express, YTO Express, Yunda, SF Express, J&T Express, and JD Logistics, securing public road operation rights in nearly 100 cities and regions.

RoboSense and NEOLIX have a longstanding collaboration, successfully implementing intelligent perception technology across NEOLIX's full product lineup, including the X3 autonomous retail vehicle, X3 autonomous patrol vehicle, X3 autonomous delivery vehicle, and X6 autonomous logistics vehicle. NEOLIX's vehicles feature industry-leading L4 autonomous driving capabilities, supported by 12 cameras and a LiDAR sensor, providing 360-degree perception within a 120-meter range. These vehicles can operate safely and reliably in challenging conditions such as nighttime, rain, fog, dirt roads, narrow paths, and gated entryways.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
