Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 25, Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën, the joint venture between Dongefng Motor and Stellantis, officially launched its proprietary new energy vehicle brand, HEDMOS. The brand's first model, the HEDMOS 06, is expected to start pre-sales in the second quarter of 2025, with official deliveries beginning in May.

Inspired by a compass, the HEDMOS brand logo symbolizes direction and guidance, while the name "HEDMOS" is derived from "HEAD" and "MOST," representing leadership and excellence. The brand embraces a distinctive "light French aesthetics" design philosophy, incorporating sharp lines, dynamic curves, elegant arcs, and sculpted surfaces.

HEDMOS primarily targets existing Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën users seeking to upgrade to a new energy vehicle. The brand aims to integrate intelligent cockpits and advanced high-level intelligent driving, with plans to develop L3 automated driving, solid-state batteries, and AI-driven interaction technologies.

The HEDMOS 06 has already been filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Built on Dongfeng Motor's advanced electric modular architecture, the vehicle measures 4,670mm in length, 1,900mm in width, and 1,617mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,775mm.

Fast charging allows for the vehicle to charge from 30% to 80% in 28 minutes. The chassis features a front MacPherson and rear multi-link independent suspension setup.
