Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 20, Changan Automobile's new energy vehicle brand DEEPAL officially announced the gradual OTA rollout of its latest DEEPAL OS 3.0 system across all vehicle models.

This update integrates DeepSeek's AI technology, bringing advanced capabilities such as multi-turn conversations, contextual understanding, and real-time information retrieval and updates.

The DEEPAL OS 3.0 introduces a fully revamped user interface (UI), featuring a new 3D desktop, 3D vehicle control, and immersive 3D animations. The updated vehicle settings page now includes seamless transition effects, while newly added time-based wallpapers and preset designs allow for greater personalization. Additionally, the introduction of a map search bar and quick navigation shortcuts significantly enhances the navigation experience.

Voice command functions have been refined, with improved recognition accuracy and response speed. New settings, including "Always-on Voice Assistant" and "Voice Recognition Content Display," as well as a voice tone preview feature, enable users to customize their in-car voice interactions.

The update also adds a smartphone screen mirroring function, allowing seamless projection of mobile video content onto the vehicle's display. Enhancements to the front passenger screen and the addition of a screen mirroring shortcut further improve passenger entertainment.

In terms of scenario-based modes, improvements to the car wash mode allow activation at speeds below 2 km/h in neutral gear without being interrupted by gear changes. The enhanced ultra-power-saving mode also contributes to extended driving range.

Other key upgrades include NFC-based key access via Huawei wearable devices, an upgraded intelligent remote air-conditioning cleaning function, and a remote video monitoring feature, providing users with improved convenience, hygiene, and vehicle security.
