Recently, Jichong Hydrogen has successfully developed the MH290-1 stack, an iteration of the MH290 stack! Through innovative bipolar plate processes, combined with precise single-cell matching and upgraded quality control in all production steps, the MH290-1 stack has achieved significant improvements in power density, single-cell consistency, and expected lifespan compared to the MH170. Meanwhile, the bare stack cost is reduced by over 10%, suitable for a rated power range of 80-180kW (0.65V). In terms of stack performance, without increasing the number of cells or changing operating conditions, the power output of a single MH290-1 stack increases by more than 17%. Regarding stack consistency, the MH290-1 stack's range has decreased by 50%, and the mean square deviation has dropped by 68%, indicating further improvements in product consistency, stack lifespan, and reliability. In terms of stack manufacturing costs, thanks to the increase in single-cell output power, the cost of the MH290-1 stack is reduced by over 10%, further enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
