Green Hydrogen Project Tracking - Chengda Company - Hydrogen Production Power Supply (Rectifier) - Competitive Negotiation Project Announcement

On March 14, the list of candidates for the hydrogen production power supply equipment (rectifier) project by Chengda Company was announced. The first place went to Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., the second place to Hubei Enterlee Electric Co., Ltd., and the third place to SunHydrogen Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2024, Chengda Company released an announcement for a competitive negotiation project for hydrogen production power supply equipment (rectifier). The information indicates that 13 sets of hydrogen production power supply equipment will be purchased. It is understood that the 100,000 mt/year ammonia synthesis and supporting project by Guohua (Cangzhou) Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. has a construction area of 54,238.62 m2 and covers an area of 165,893.22 m2, with a total investment of 975.2508 million yuan. The project includes: electrolysis hydrogen production facilities, air separation facilities, ammonia synthesis facilities, hydrogen sphere tank area, liquid ammonia sphere tank area, hydrogen filling, and public auxiliary facilities. Guohua (Cangzhou) Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd., affiliated with the National Energy Group, and is an integrated clean energy company engaged in wind power, PV, hydrogen energy, integrated smart energy, and industrial fund investment business.
