BYD's NEV Components Project in Dongguan Nears Completion, Expected to Reach Full Production by 2025

BYD's key NEV components project in Dongguan has seen some of its factory buildings completed. The project is expected to be fully constructed by 2025, with a total investment of approximately 6.5 billion yuan. The project, invested and constructed by Dongguan FinDreams Power Co., Ltd., mainly produces critical components such as electric powertrains, drive motors, controllers, and high-voltage harnesses. The project covers an area of about 1,044.51 acres, with a building area of 1.2242 million m². After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to reach at least 18 billion yuan.
