The type of ore is porcelain clay, with an open-pit mining method, a production scale of 9 million mt/year, a mining area of 0.8429 square kilometers, and a validity period of twenty-three years (from March 7, 2025, to March 6, 2048). This matter will help the company increase its lithium ore resources, ensure resource supply, and enhance core competitiveness. However, the company has not yet fully mined the mine, and there is a risk of a gap between predictions and actual mining.
[Shandong: Aims to Break Through 1 Million NEV Production in 2025] The Information Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province held a press conference, inviting officials from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province to introduce the situation of vigorously implementing the "Top Project" of industrial economy and building a strong engine for economic development. The responsible person from the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology stated that the local government will support industrial expansion and upgrading, technological innovation empowerment, enterprise "going out," key project construction, and strengthen guarantees, aiming to achieve a total vehicle production of over 3 million units in Hubei by 2027, with NEVs accounting for more than 50%, L2-level and above intelligent connected function new car sales accounting for over 90% of Hubei's NEV new car sales, and NEV export value exceeding 40 billion yuan.
[Zhuhai: By 2027, Cultivate 5 Influential Solid-State Battery Companies] The "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Solid-State Battery Industry in Zhuhai (2025-2030) (Draft for Comments)" is open for public comments. It mentions that by 2027, efforts will be made to tackle key materials and technologies for solid-state batteries, promote the establishment of industry standards, focus on forward-looking technology-driven, high-growth, and strategically supportive industrial directions, layout a number of major (key) scientific and technological innovation projects, set up 5 engineering (technology) research centers, key laboratories, and other scientific and technological innovation platforms, cultivate 5 influential solid-state battery companies, and initially form a solid-state battery industry cluster with strong market competitiveness. By 2030, significant breakthroughs in the industrialization of solid-state batteries will be achieved, with a substantial improvement in the technical level of key materials, core technologies, and equipment, achieving batch delivery of products, and the initial formation of a solid-state battery industry scale.

[Minmetals New Energy: Cooperates with Leading Customers and National Projects to Develop Solid-State Battery Cathode Materials] Minmetals New Energy stated on the interactive platform on March 20 that the company's solid-state battery cathode material technology mainly focuses on high interfacial ion flux ternary cathode materials. The initial product partially meets market requirements, and the company is currently actively cooperating with leading customers and national projects to develop solid-state battery cathode materials.
