A Lithium Company's 25,000 mt Per Year Battery-Grade Lithium Carbonate Project Enters Ground Construction Phase

A lithium company’s project to produce 25,000 mt per year of battery-grade lithium carbonate from crude carbonate has entered the ground construction phase and is expected to start production by the end of the year. The project covers an area of 80 mu, with a total investment of 265 million yuan, and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in December 2025. Relying on lithium carbonate resources from Argentina’s 3Q salt lake and other industrial-grade lithium carbonate, the project adopts advanced and environmentally friendly processes to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate for the company’s own LFP products. This will help improve product consistency and pass rates. Upon reaching full production, the annual output will reach 25,000 mt, with an estimated annual revenue of 1.991 billion yuan.
