Ministry Issues Notice on Scrappage and Renewal of Old Commercial Freight Vehicles with Subsidy Policy from 2025

The Ministry of Transport, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and the Ministry of Finance issued the "Notice on Implementing the Scrappage and Renewal of Old Commercial Freight Vehicles," proposing support for the scrappage and renewal of commercial freight vehicles meeting China III and China IV vehicle emission standards, and accelerating the renewal of a batch of high-standard, low-emission commercial freight vehicles. The subsidy policy will be implemented from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
