Indonesia's PT Timah to Boost Tin Ore Production to 21,500 mt by 2025

PT Timah in Indonesia is expected to increase its tin ore production to 21,500 mt by 2025.

The state-owned tin mining company in Indonesia plans to raise its ore production from 19,437 mt in the previous year to 21,500 mt in 2025. Nur Adi Kuncoro, Director of Operations and Production, told the parliament that the tin metal production target is set to rise from 18,915 mt in 2024 to 21,545 mt in 2025, while tin metal sales may increase from 17,507 mt in 2024 to 19,065 mt this year.
