ORITEK closes Series B2 funding to accelerate AI SoC solutions for smart vehicles

On March 13, SoC and solutions provider ORITEK announced the completion of its Series B2 financing round, which raised for the company several hundred million yuan.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 13, SoC and solutions provider ORITEK announced the completion of its Series B2 financing round, which raised for the company several hundred million yuan. The round was jointly led by SDIC Fund Management, CMS Capital, and Unite Pioneers Capital.

This follows ORITEK's Series B1 funding in November 2024, with existing investors increasing their commitments, reflecting strong confidence in the company's strategic value and market potential.  

As an AI SoC solution provider for automotive intelligence, ORITEK focuses on enabling the transition to third-generation E/E architecture with its forward-looking "Everything+AI" strategy. The company aims to integrate intelligent technology across various automotive applications, enhancing the user experience with comprehensive smart vehicle solutions.  

ORITEK's chip portfolio covers in-vehicle intelligent components, smart zonal controllers (ZCUs), and central computing units for autonomous driving. With AI algorithms and flexible software solutions, ORITEK helps automakers reduce development costs and shorten time-to-market for new features. The company has established strong technological and market leadership in AI-powered automotive applications, including AI-powered headlights, AI-powered digital rearview mirrors, zonal processing, and ADAS. ORITEK has also secured design-in and technology licensing partnerships with multiple Tier 1 suppliers, with several vehicle models already designated for production.
