On March 7, Shanxi Meijin Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meijin Energy") and SPIC Hydrogen Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SPIC Hydrogen Technology") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing.

Zhang Yinguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SPIC Hydrogen Technology, and Yao Jinli, Chairman of Meijin (Beijing) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. The agreement was signed on behalf of both parties by Chen Ping, Assistant General Manager and Technical Director of SPIC Hydrogen Technology, and Wu Hao from the Hydrogen Energy and Sustainable Development Department of Meijin Energy.

According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on the vision of green development, innovative development, multi-industry integration, and multi-energy integration. They will leverage their respective advantages to carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as technology collaboration and product development, joint expansion of the end-use market, closed-loop infrastructure construction, and business model innovation. Together, they aim to promote the large-scale implementation of hydrogen energy transportation projects and contribute to the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry.

This signing marks a new chapter in the collaboration between Meijin Energy and SPIC Hydrogen Technology in the hydrogen energy sector. The two parties will work together to set a benchmark for high-quality development in the hydrogen energy industry. With the goal of promoting large-scale market applications, they will create a closed-loop "vehicle-station-hydrogen-scenario" industry model, forming a replicable commercialization example for hydrogen energy transportation. This will lead the industry to achieve breakthroughs in technology, market expansion, and industrial upgrading.

Prior to the signing, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the development and market promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the integration of the hydrogen energy industry chain.
