Special Qualification Conditions :
- The manufacturer of the bidding product must have at least three similar effective performance cases with a contract amount not less than 2 million yuan each, including supply and installation cases of electrolyzer production lines, from January 1, 2020, to the present. Proof materials such as contract copies and on-site photos of production line cases must be provided.

Consortium Bidding Requirements :
- Consortium bidding is accepted for this tender. The unit responsible for the production line design must act as the lead party of the consortium.
- The number of consortium members (including the lead party) shall not exceed two.
- The consortium must comply with relevant regulations and requirements for consortium bidding and submit a consortium agreement specifying the lead party and the rights and obligations of each party.
