[YaBo Co., Ltd.: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Wins 6.9 Million Yuan PV PC General Contracting Project] On March 4, YaBo Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Zhongfu Kai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., recently received a "Bid Winning Notification." Zhongfu Kai New Energy won the bid for the Quanxing Cement Distributed PV PC General Contracting Project, with a provisional bid amount of 6,900,768.33 yuan, accounting for 0.89% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2023. On March 4, Yabo Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Zhongfukai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., recently received a "Notice of Award." Zhongfukai New Energy won the bid for the Quancheng Cement Distributed PV PC General Contracting Project, with a provisional bid amount of 6,900,768.33 yuan, accounting for 0.89% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2023.

The announcement stated that the bid inviter, Zaozhuang Green Energy Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., is a related party of the company. This related-party transaction was determined through an open tender process. Upon completion, the project will contribute to the development of the local clean energy industry and the transition to low-carbon energy. However, a formal contract has not yet been signed, and there remains some uncertainty.
