Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On March 5, XPENG announced significant progress in its global market expansion, successfully entering Poland, Switzerland, Czechia, and Slovakia. This move strengthens the company's presence in Central and Eastern Europe, marking a new milestone in its international strategy.

XPENG plans to introduce the P7, G9, and G6 models in these markets in the second quarter of 2025, further deepening its European footprint. These countries represent key automotive markets in Europe, featuring a broad consumer base and well-established distribution networks.

To support its expansion, XPENG has signed official distribution agreements with Inchcape, a leading global automotive distributor, and Hedin Group, a prominent European dealership network. These partnerships will enhance the brand's marketing, sales, and service infrastructure across the region, laying a solid foundation for XPENG's long-term growth in Europe.

In February 2025, XPENG delivered 30,453 vehicles, marking a staggering 570% year-on-year soar and extending its streak of surpassing 30,000-unit monthly deliveries for the fourth consecutive month.

For the first two months of the year, XPENG's total deliveries reached 60,803 units, reflecting a 375% spike compared to the same period in 2024.

The MONA M03 model remained a strong performer, with over 15,000 units delivered in February—its third consecutive month above this threshold and its sixth straight month exceeding 10,000 units since the market launch. Meanwhile, the XPENG P7+ model has surpassed 30,000-unit cumulative deliveries within just three months of its market release.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
