Xiaomi's Wuhan Smart Home Appliance Factory Is Expected to Begin Production by Year-End, Focusing on Air Conditioner Products
Lei Jun, Chairman and CEO of Xiaomi Group, announced that the Xiaomi Smart Home Appliance Factory located in Wuhan is under construction and is expected to achieve large-scale production by the end of this year. The first phase of the factory will focus on air conditioner products, planning six core sub-factories to comprehensively cover the assembly and production of household and central air conditioners. Additionally, Xiaomi's first central air conditioner, released on February 27, will also be produced at the Wuhan factory.
Among A-share publicly listed firms, Ruide Intelligent's main products include smart controllers for various small home appliances such as kitchen appliances, household appliances, and environmental appliances, with several companies in Xiaomi's ecosystem, including Chunmi, being important clients. Fujia Co., Ltd. specializes in high-efficiency cordless lithium battery vacuum cleaners, intelligent robotic vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning small home appliances, supplying products to well-known domestic brands such as Mijia.
