Wyloo and Hastings Tech Metals Form JV to Advance Yangibana Rare Earths Project

Australian mining giant Andrew Forrest's Wyloo has reached an agreement with Hastings Technology Metals (ASX: HAS) to establish an unincorporated joint venture to jointly advance the Yangibana rare earths and niobium project in Western Australia. Under the agreement, Wyloo will hold a 60% stake in the joint venture and will be responsible for its management and operations, while Hastings' wholly-owned subsidiary, Yangibana Jubilee, will retain a 40% stake. Additionally, Wyloo has the option to increase its stake to 70%. This collaboration signifies a deepening partnership between the two parties in the rare earths sector.
