[Ganfeng Lithium: Plans to Acquire Shenzhen Yichu Equity Held by Its Subsidiary for 200 Million Yuan] Recently, Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company plans to acquire all the equity of its subsidiary, Shenzhen Yichu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Yichu"), held by its controlling subsidiary, Jiangxi Ganfeng LiEnergy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ganfeng LiEnergy"), for a price of 200 million yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, Shenzhen Yichu will change from an indirectly controlled subsidiary to a directly controlled subsidiary of the company. This transaction will not have a significant impact on the company's financial and operational status for the current year. As of the announcement date, Ganfeng LiEnergy holds a 90% equity stake in Shenzhen Yichu, while Jiao Shi holds a 10% equity stake in Shenzhen Yichu.
