Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On the evening of February 24, the ZEEKR 007GT, the second shooting brake model under Geely's electric vehicle brand ZEEKR, made its world premiere.

Reportedly, the model is set to hit the market in the second quarter of 2025.

Building on the success of the ZEEKR 001, whose cumulative deliveries have surpassed 250,000 units, ZEEKR is now establishing a "dual shooting brake model" product lineup. While the ZEEKR 001 targets the premium market in the 250,000 yuan–300,000 yuan range, the 007GT is potentitally positioned as a high-performance, tech-driven product in the 200,000 yuan–300,000 yuan segment.

The ZEEKR 007GT blends sleek shooting brake styling with advanced lighting technology, following the brand's Hidden Energy design philosophy. The front fascia features the ZEEKR STARGATE intelligent light display, while the flowing roofline extends into a roof-mounted spoiler, emphasizing the car's sporty character. A full-width light bar at the rear mirrors the front's design, creating a cohesive aesthetic.

As for side profile, the ZEEKR 007GT incorporates flush door handles to enhance aerodynamics, while its compact, rounded side mirrors and large-sized wheels contribute to a muscular stance.

Dimensionally, the model measures 4,864 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,460 mm (or 1,445 mm) in height, with a 2,925 mm wheelbase.

The rear features an integrated spoiler and a full-width taillight design, adding a modern, distinctive touch.

Regarding technology highlights, the ZEEKR 007GT comes standard with a LiDAR-based advanced intelligent driving system across all trim levels.

Riding on an 800V high-voltage platform, the model offers 75 kWh and 100 kWh battery options, with a maximum CLTC-rated range of 825 km. Customers can choose between a rear-wheel-drive variant with an electric motor producing 310 kW and an all-wheel-drive version with motors pumping out a combined 475 kW.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
