On February 14, 2025, Huang He, Secretary of the Meishan Municipal Party Committee, led a team to head to the Tianfu New Area Hydrogen Energy Equipment Industrial Park of Jinxing Group Co., Ltd. for an on-site survey and to guide project construction work. Wu Jun, Chairman of Jinxing Group, personally received the delegation and reported on the industrial park's strategic planning, current construction achievements, and future development blueprint.

During the survey, Secretary Huang He visited the construction frontlines and carefully inspected the progress of the industrial park's construction. He highly praised Jinxing Group's enforcement in efficiently advancing project implementation. According to Chairman Wu Jun, the Jinxing Hydrogen Energy Equipment Industrial Park has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering a total area of 304 mu, and is being constructed in two phases. It is expected to be fully completed and operational by 2027. The industrial park aims to become a nationally leading hydrogen energy industry demonstration base, integrating R&D, detection, manufacturing, and application.

Currently, the construction of the industrial park is progressing steadily as planned. Since its official launch on October 25, 2024, the main structure of Factory No. 9 and the foundation construction of Factory No. 5 have been carried out simultaneously, with rapid progress. As the pilot project of the industrial park, the Hengzhong Phase II project covers an area of 132 mu with an investment of 530 million yuan. The planned construction includes a national-level hydrogen energy complete equipment R&D and detection center, the Meishan branch of the Sichuan Hydrogen Energy Industry Innovation Center, a hydrogen energy equipment smart factory, a comprehensive energy (hydrogen production and refueling) demonstration station, and a hydrogen-blended community demonstration application scenario. The Hengzhong Phase II project is expected to be operational by 2026, achieving an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and an annual tax contribution of 30 million yuan, taking the lead in establishing a full-chain hydrogen energy ecosystem encompassing technological breakthroughs, intelligent manufacturing, and practical applications.

The Jinxing Hydrogen Energy Equipment Industrial Park plays a key role as the core supporting project in the hydrogen energy sector within the "1+4" future industry layout of Meishan Tianfu New Area. Once fully completed and operational by 2027, the industrial park is expected to achieve an annual output value exceeding 5 billion yuan and an annual tax contribution of 350 million yuan, injecting strong momentum into local economic development.

Jinxing Group Co., Ltd., adhering to the spirit of innovation and the concept of green development, is taking concrete actions to write a new chapter in the hydrogen energy industry. Looking ahead, Jinxing Group will continue to deepen its cooperation with government departments, jointly promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry and contributing to the realization of the "Zero-Carbon China" goal.

According to the latest data from the Passenger Car Association, in December 2025, producers with new energy wholesale sales exceeding 10,000 units accounted for 93% of the total wholesale sales of passenger NEVs that month. Based on preliminary January data, these producers achieved sales of 830,000 units in January. As most producers have already locked in their major sales figures, by applying the structural proportion from the previous month to the current month's data, the estimated wholesale sales of passenger NEVs nationwide in January were 900,000 units. According to comprehensive preliminary monthly association data: the estimated wholesale sales of NEVs by national passenger car producers in January 2026 were 900,000 units, up 1% YoY.
