[1GW! China Huaneng Group PV Flexible Support Integrated Project Procurement Tender Released] On February 24, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. issued the framework agreement procurement announcement for the 2025-2026 PV Flexible Support Integrated Project, with an estimated procurement capacity of 1,000 MW and a validity period of two years from the date of signing the agreement. On February 24, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. issued the procurement announcement for the framework agreement of the PV flexible mounting bracket integrated project for 2025-2026, with an estimated procurement capacity of 1,000 MW and a validity period of two years from the date of agreement signing.

Remarks:

1. Design Scope: Within the flexible mounting bracket area, the design of the PV system and electrical system from the low-voltage side of the box transformer to the PV field area. This includes: specialized design of flexible mounting brackets and foundations in the PV field area, general layout design of the flexible mounting bracket area, and design of the division of power generation units associated with the box transformer. Design of the positioning and installation of string inverters. Design of the low-voltage AC cable routing and laying method, string division design, grounding engineering design within the flexible mounting bracket area (including modules, brackets, inverters, and grounding ring), and online monitoring system design.

2. Construction Scope: Civil Engineering: All civil engineering works for the flexible PV field area, including maintenance road construction within the field area, site leveling of the flexible PV plant area, foundation construction for flexible PV area brackets (including test piles and pile foundation procurement), safety and civilized measures, etc., excluding green area restoration or original landform restoration. Installation Engineering: Installation of the flexible PV system, PV module installation, string inverter AC cable laying, string inverter installation, DC cable laying, grounding engineering installation within the flexible mounting bracket area (including modules, brackets, inverters, and grounding ring), and online monitoring system installation.

3. Procurement Scope: Procurement and supply of materials related to the PV flexible mounting bracket system, including but not limited to: PV mounting brackets; prestressed steel strands; cable anchors and auxiliary materials; wind-resistant systems and other necessary materials for the flexible mounting bracket system (excluding materials supplied by the owner). Essential materials for the installation of low-voltage electrical equipment in the flexible mounting bracket area (excluding materials supplied by the owner, such as modules, inverters, DC cables, AC cables, etc.).
