Beijing (Gasgoo)- Geely has officially launched the pre-sale for the Galaxy LEVC L380 "Land Airbus" on February 21. The new model, positioned as a large all-electric MPV, offers four variants with a pre-sale price range of 339,900 yuan to 499,900 yuan.

Previously part of the LEVC brand, the L380 is now under the Geely Galaxy range, marking a strategic shift that is expected to enhance sales performance.

The design of the L380 draws inspiration from aerodynamic principles used in aircraft engineering, reflecting the "flying wing" concept at the heart of its logo. The L380 measures 5,316 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,940 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,185 mm. It features a 2+2+2 layout across all variants.

Inside, the vehicle is equipped with a 15.4-inch central touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, powered by the Flyme Auto For LEVC OS onboard system. The system includes two SE1000 chips from SiEngine, 5G connectivity, multi-region voice wake-up, facial recognition, and remote control via a smartphone app.

As for power, the L380 offers both single-motor front-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations, with battery options of 100 kWh and 140 kWh, and CLTC-rated ranges of 570 km and 825 km. Fast-charging capabilities allow the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in 30 minutes, adding 200 km of range in just 10 minutes.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
