The Jiayuguan Jvda Smelting Co., Ltd. 100,000 mt High-Carbon Ferrochrome Annual Production Project is located at the intersection of Jiahei Road and Jinhua North Road in the Jiabei Industrial Park, Jiayuguan. The total investment of the project is 252.5184 million yuan, and it is planned to be constructed in two phases with 2×33,000 kVA high-carbon ferrochrome submerged arc furnace production lines. A coal gas power generation system will be built as a supporting facility, enabling an annual production capacity of 100,000 mt of high-carbon ferrochrome. Each phase will include the construction of one submerged arc furnace, with the coal gas power generation system built in the first phase, while the second phase will only involve the construction of one submerged arc furnace and supporting environmental protection facilities. According to the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the second public announcement for public participation in the construction project is hereby made.
