Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On February 17, GAC AION officially put the 650 Smart Sharing edition of the AION V compact SUV onto the market, priced at 139,800 yuan.
The market launch of the new edition further enriches the product lineup of the second-generation AION V, with the full range prices spanning from 129,800 yuan to 189,800 yuan.
The exterior of the model maintains the brand's family design language, featuring bold lines and a dynamic look. The front fascia adopts a closed-off grille, paired with LED headlights shaped like dragon claws, with the "AION" brand emblem embedded in the center.
The side profile offers a two-tone option, with hidden door handles.
At the rear, the vehicle is equipped with vertically-placed taillights and a large-sized spoiler.
The new vehicle is available in multiple exterior colors, including Sunset Orange, Galaxy Blue, Wilderness Sand, Ocean Gray, Polar White, Holographic Silver, and Night Black, with the interior offering color schemes like black, beige, and orange.
As for the size, the vehicle measures 4,605mm in length, 1,854mm in width, and 1,686mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,775mm.
Inside, the vehicle adopts a minimalist design style, paired with a 14.6-inch central touchscreen and an 8.88-inch liquid crystal instrument panel. Other features include adaptive cruise control, panoramic view cameras, reverse cameras, and parking sensors.
The new product features leather-wrapped seats, with the driver's seat offering electric adjustments. The rear seatbacks can recline up to 137 degrees and fold flat in a 4/6 split. The vehicle also offers an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a full-automatic dual-zone air conditioning, an integrated heat pump system, and a 360-degree image system that can show the vehicle in a panoramic manner in the central touchscreen.
Power-wise, the vehicle is equipped with an electric motor, which delivers a maximum power output of 165 kW and a peak torque of 240 Nm. It is powered by a 74.976 kWh battery pack, which provides a range of 650 km.
