[DAS Solar, Tongwei, Chint, LONGi, and Others Shortlisted for the Three Gorges 2.5 GW Module Procurement Tender] On February 17, the shortlisted candidates for the second batch of the Three Gorges Group's 2024 PV module framework concentrated procurement were announced. The shortlisted companies include DAS Solar Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd., Chint New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Risen Energy Co., Ltd. (Polaris Solar PV Network)

On February 17, the list of shortlisted candidates for the second batch of the Three Gorges Group's 2024 PV module framework concentrated procurement was announced. The shortlisted companies include DAS Solar Co., Ltd., Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd., Chint New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Risen Energy Co., Ltd.

The average winning bid price was 0.696 yuan/W.

According to the bidding announcement, this project does not divide into sections. The bidding scope covers the N-type TOPCon modules of 580Wp and above, along with their auxiliary equipment, required for PV power generation projects of the group's various project units. The estimated total procurement capacity is approximately 2.5GWp.

It is understood that the National Energy Administration has officially approved the power source allocation plan for the "Qaidam Desert Base (East Golmud) Base". The planned construction scale of the power source projects at this base is 17.44 million kilowatts, including 10 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power, 5 million kilowatts of wind power, 2.64 million kilowatts of coal-fired power, 0.1 million kilowatts of solar thermal power, and 1.5 million kilowatts (for 4 hours) of electrochemical energy storage.
