Beijing (Gasgoo)- On February 11, Changan Automobile's new energy vehicle brand NEVO officially put the A07 BlueCore REEV (range-extended electric vehicle) and BlueCore BEV (battery electric vehicle) version models onto the market, offering a total of nine variants.

The BlueCore REEV version comes in three trim levels, priced between 119,900 yuan and 139,900 yuan, while the BlueCore BEV version has six variants, ranging from 119,900 yuan to 149,900 yuan. As facelifts, the new A07 lineup mainly features upgrades in intelligent driving and powertrain systems.

In terms of design, the NEVO A07 BlueCore variants retain the minimalist styling of the existing model. The vehicle is positioned as a mid-to-large sedan, measuring 4,905mm in length, 1,910mm in width, and 1,480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900mm.

The interior also continues the current design language, eliminating a traditional instrument cluster in favor of a 15.4-inch 2.5K central control screen. The system is upgraded to the NEVO OS 2.0 smart cockpit, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, featuring a new interface, dual-zone voice control, real-time interaction, 4G connectivity, smartphone remote control, and an in-car Karaoke system. Additionally, it comes with a 50-inch AR head-up display.

For intelligent driving, all variants are equipped with an L2+ IACC intelligent navigation system, featuring an 800W-pixel AICC front camera, full-speed adaptive cruise control (0-180km/h), active lane change assist, AR navigation, and an APA advanced parking system with 50-meter reversing memory and remote parking via a smartphone app.

Powertrain options include extended-range and pure electric versions. The REEV models offer a CLTC-rated battery-powered range of 140km and 230km, with a maximum combined range of 1,330km. The BEV versions support 3C fast charging, allowing the vehicle to charge to 30%-80% of its capacity in just 15 minutes, and features a maximum 3.3kW external discharge capability. Range options include 515km, 525km, 625km, and 710km.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
