Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On February 7, 2025, Hubei EVE Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chinese lithium battery supplier EVE Energy, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HyperStrong, a Chinese leading energy storage system integration solution and service provider, on battery cell transaction, according to EVE Energy's press release.

Under the agreement, the two parties will establish a strategic partnership for battery cell transaction from 2025 to 2027, with an estimated total transaction volume of 50GWh. The collaboration aims to further align resources and explore multi-dimensional, cross-sector cooperation.

EVE Energy said the agreement signifies HyperStrong's recognition of its energy storage battery performance and supply capabilities, building on a longstanding cooperative relationship between the two companies.

EVE Energy added that driven by a shared vision for growth, both parties acknowledge the importance of strategic resource coordination and integration. They plan to leverage their partnership in the Chinese market as a foundation to jointly expand overseas business operations and explore deeper cooperation in areas such as production capacity, seizing global opportunities while addressing future challenges.

Liu Jincheng, Chairman of EVE Energy, highlighted that by combining HyperStrong's expertise in energy resources and supply chain services with EVE Energy's strengths in battery cell technology and energy storage solutions, the two companies can establish a highly integrated industrial resource-sharing platform. This collaboration aims to maximize the value of their respective industry resources, enhance exchange and synergy, and ultimately generate greater socioeconomic benefits.
