[500 MW BC LONGi Wins the Bid!] Recently, the bidding for the first phase of the 500,000 kW PV integrated project for sand prevention and control in Dalad Banner, Inner Mongolia Energy Group, was opened. LONGi Green Energy successfully won the bid with its leading BC technology advantages. This achievement not only marks the official implementation of the largest BC centralized PV power station in China but also serves as a significant milestone in the market's high recognition of LONGi Green Energy's second-generation BC technology. Recently, Inner Mongolia Energy Group's 500,000 kW PV integrated Phase I project for desertification prevention and control in Dalate Banner opened for bidding, and LONGi Green Energy successfully won the bid with its leading BC technology. This achievement not only marks the official implementation of the largest BC centralized PV power station in China but also serves as a significant milestone in the market's high recognition of LONGi Green Energy's second-generation BC technology.

The project is located in Dalate Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 2.9 billion yuan. It adopts a combination of new energy and desertification prevention and control, achieving a "PV+ multi-dimensional new-type industrial model" that integrates power generation on the panels, planting under the panels, livestock breeding between the panels, sand control and soil improvement, rural revitalization, and industrial tourism. This model not only makes effective use of land resources but also provides new ideas for local economic development and ecological protection. Once the project reaches full grid connection, the annual average power generation will reach 850 million kWh, providing a continuous supply of green electricity to the region and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 850,000 mt annually, contributing to Inner Mongolia Energy Group's accelerated green transformation.

The key to LONGi Green Energy's success lies in the leading advantages of its second-generation BC technology. The project utilizes Hi-MO 9 module products based on BC second-generation technology, with a maximum module power of 660W and a conversion efficiency of 24.43%, delivering higher power generation on the same area and offering more attractive investment returns.

The successful bid for the 500,000 kW PV integrated Phase I project for desertification prevention and control in Dalate Banner signifies a major breakthrough for LONGi Green Energy's second-generation BC technology in the centralized PV power station market. It also marks the first large-scale application of BC products in China's Three-North region. With the gradual release of capacity, LONGi Green Energy is expected to increase its BC capacity to approximately 70 GW by the end of 2025, providing more efficient and reliable clean energy solutions to the global PV market and leading the PV industry to new heights.
