In 2024, JAC Group sold a total of 403,094 vehicles, marking a year-on-year decline of 7.42%, reflecting mounting market pressures.

The reasons behind JAC Group's sales decline are multifaceted. On one hand, the rapid rise of the new energy vehicle (NEV) market has significantly impacted the traditional internal combustion engine segment. Although JAC Group has made progress in its NEV strategy, it has yet to establish a strong competitive edge. On the other hand, delays in product line expansion and shifts in consumer demand have also contributed to the sales dip.

Despite these challenges, JAC Group has demonstrated resilience. Its technological expertise and market presence in the NEV sector provide a foundation for future growth.

Recognizing the importance of the NEV market, JAC Group has taken proactive measures. In collaboration with Huawei, the company launched the high-end NEV brand MAEXTRO and unveiled its first model, the MAEXTRO S800, priced up to 1 million yuan. Additionally, in 2024, JAC established strategic partnerships with CATL, Huawei Digital Energy, and iFlytek.

JAC Group's performance in commercial vehicles and overseas markets also stands out. Its products are now available in 132 countries and regions worldwide, with strong market positions in light trucks, heavy trucks, and pickup trucks.
