Beijing (Gasgoo)- On January 17, 2025, BAIC Group's premium electric vehicle brand ARCFOX announced a collaboration with NIO Power to integrate their charging networks, offering ARCFOX owners a more extensive, efficient, and user-friendly charging service across China.

Under the agreement, the ARCFOX charging platform will connect fully with NIO Power's network, which spans 9 vertical and 9 horizontal highways, covering 19 major city clusters. Charging stations are available from Fuyuan in the east to Kashgar in the west, from Mohe in the north to Sansha in the south. ARCFOX vehicle owners can access over 9,000 ultra-fast charging piles and 5,400 destination charging piles via the ARCFOX app, benefiting from smarter, more seamless charging experiences.

This partnership reflects ARCFOX's commitment to providing convenient and worry-free mobility. The addition of NIO Power's extensive and reliable charging resources significantly expands the charging ecosystem for ARCFOX vehicles, enabling users to travel freely without being constrained by charging infrastructure. The collaboration ensures that electric vehicles can reach destinations traditionally accessible only by fuel-powered cars, fostering a more efficient, intelligent, and convenient travel ecosystem.

By integrating industry resources and embracing open cooperation, ARCFOX strengthens its competitive edge and influence in the new energy vehicle market. This partnership not only supports the brand's continued growth but also addresses the increasing demand for greener and more efficient mobility solutions, paving the way for a sustainable transportation future.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
