[Tibet Mining: Accelerating the Release of Resource Potential in Potassium and Lithium Sectors After Introducing Zijin Mining] Today, Tibet Mining stated during an online conference call that, as of now, the Qarhan Salt Lake project, which is in production, benefits from low costs for potassium chloride and lithium carbonate, high gross profit margins, and strong profitability. Additionally, the Mamicuo Salt Lake under construction boasts abundant lithium resources with extremely high lithium concentrations. Leveraging cost advantages, the project is expected to deliver favorable economic benefits. Upon completion of this transaction, the company's leading cost control capabilities in the potassium and lithium sectors will be combined with Zijin Mining's full-process independent technology, large-scale systematic engineering R&D and implementation capabilities, as well as extensive global resources and market channels. This integration is expected to accelerate the release of the company's resource potential in the potassium and lithium sectors and promote the transformation of resource advantages into economic benefits.
