[Yunnan: 685MW PV Project Investment and Development Subject Bidding Failed] On January 14, the investment and development subject selection failure announcement was released for the following PV power generation projects in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province: Yankou PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Beizha PV Power Generation Project in Zhaoyang District, Weigu PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Yangpengzi PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Taihua PV Power Generation Project in Daguan County, and Mananping Plant PV Power Generation Project (Phase II) in Yongshan County. On January 14, the bid failure announcement for the selection of investment and development entities was issued for the following PV power generation projects in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province: Yankou PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Beizha PV Power Generation Project in Zhaoyang District, Weigu PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Yangpengzi PV Power Generation Project in Qiaojia County, Taihua PV Power Generation Project in Daguan County, and the second phase of Mananping PV Power Generation Project in Yongshan County.

The reason for the bid failure was that, after evaluation by the negotiation team, there were fewer than three valid negotiation applicants. According to relevant laws, regulations, and the provisions of the negotiation documents, the projects were declared as bid failures. All six projects are part of the second batch of preferred projects in Yunnan Province for 2024, with a total capacity of 685 MW.
