Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On January 7, the first China-made all-new BMW X3 officially rolled off the production line at BMW Brilliance's Tiexi plant, according to the company's announcement. The market launch and deliveries are both scheduled within the first quarter of this year.
The all-new BMW X3 features a bold front design, with its iconic kidney-like grille filled with vertical chrome slats. The model adopts an aggressive front bumper, large air intakes, and chrome fang-like accents on both sides, further enhancing its sporty appeal.
In terms of dimensions, the all-new BMW X3 measures 4,865 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,664 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,975 mm. The model retains the classic Hofmeister kink at the D-pillar and adds a chrome trim, showing its sophistication.
At the rear, the all-new X3 features a newly designed 3D LED taillights. The arrow-shaped light strip creates a unique X-shaped band when illuminated, ensuring its distinctiveness. Additionally, the slightly upturned spoiler on the roof adds a touch of dynamism to the overall design.
Inside, the cabin boasts a dual-screen setup, comprising a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch central touchscreen. The model is powered by BMW's 9th-generation operating system, which supports QuickSelect for fast access to functions and precise voice control for tasks such as adjusting the air conditioning, changing music, or navigating.
Under the hood, the all-new BMW X3 is equipped with a 2.0T inline four-cylinder turbocharged engine. The low-power version delivers a maximum output of 180 kW and peak torque of 350 Nm, while the high-power variant generates up to 245 kW and peak torque of 400 Nm.
