[Three Gorges Energy 8GW PV Module Supervision Tender] On January 3, Three Gorges Energy initiated the tender announcement for the 2025 8GW module supervision service project, providing services such as equipment supervision, laboratory testing, and full-process quality control of related equipment. According to the tender announcement, the estimated procurement capacity is approximately 8GW. The procurement scope includes in-factory supervision of PV modules, third-party laboratory testing, on-site unloading supervision, and on-site detection during construction. On January 3, China Three Gorges Energy initiated the bidding announcement for the 2025 8GW PV module supervision service project, providing services such as equipment supervision and laboratory detection for related equipment, and conducting full-process quality supervision of the equipment.

According to the bidding announcement, the estimated procurement capacity is approximately 8GW, and the procurement scope includes in-factory supervision of PV modules, third-party laboratory testing, on-site unloading and detection at construction sites, among other tasks. Specifically, it includes:

(1) In-factory supervision (inspection of factory quality assurance capabilities, supervision of quality control for key raw materials and components, supervision of quality control for key production processes, supervision of process inspection and ex-factory inspection quality control, supervision of finished product quality control, packaging and transportation inspection, etc.).

(2) Laboratory detection.

(3) On-site inspection and acceptance of PV project modules (including on-site sampling detection, etc.).

(4) IV characteristic testing of PV sub-arrays.
