[Real Estate Companies Release Sales "Report Card"] Recently, multiple real estate companies released their sales "report card" for December 2024 and the entire year of 2024. Some companies experienced a notable "year-end surge" in sales. On the evening of January 8, Shoukai Co., Ltd. announced that its sales amount in December 2024 increased by over 70% MoM.

According to institutional data, in December 2024, the top 100 real estate companies achieved a total contracted sales amount of 451.39 billion yuan, up 24.2% MoM and flat YoY.
