On January 2, 2025, the National New Energy Consumption Monitoring and Early Warning Center released the new energy grid connection and consumption data for November across provincial regions. In November, the utilization rate of PV power generation was 96.2%, and wind power was 95.8%.

According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Matters Related to the Development and Construction of Wind Power and PV Power Generation in 2,021" (Guoneng Faxineng [2,021] No. 25), to guide rational investment and orderly construction of new energy, the new energy grid connection and consumption data for November 2,024, across provincial regions, is hereby released.

Note: 1. The monitoring results for the eastern Inner Mongolia region include the utilization of new energy supporting the Ximeng UHV outbound transmission. 2. According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Ensuring the High-Quality Development of New Energy Consumption Work" (Guoneng Fadianli [2,024] No. 44), the utilization rate of new energy is calculated based on the situation where only system-restricted electricity is considered.
