[Institution: Trading Volume of Second-Hand Housing in 20 Cities Increased by 2.1% MoM Last Week]
SMM, December 30 - According to a statistical report released by the China Index Academy, in the 52nd week of 2024 (December 22-28), the trading volume of second-hand housing in the 20 monitored cities reached 35,527 units, up 2.1% MoM and significantly up 103.4% YoY. In first-tier cities, the trading volume of second-hand housing was 13,276 units, up 0.9% MoM and up 119.8% YoY. Among them, Shenzhen's second-hand housing trading volume decreased by 6.7% MoM but surged 437.0% YoY, ranking first among first-tier cities in YoY growth. In representative second-tier cities, the trading volume of second-hand housing was 19,214 units, up 6.5% MoM and up 109.4% YoY, with Nanning's trading volume in the 52nd week more than doubling both MoM and YoY. In representative third- and fourth-tier cities, the trading volume of second-hand housing was 3,037 units, down 15.1% MoM but up 35.3% YoY.
